Simply Upload shall maintain the access and site for 30 days retention from the date of the Event usually 7 days before the event (“the Term”) unless requested by You otherwise as outlined within our “optional extras.” Simply Upload shall automatically delete all photographs and videos retained by it at the endif the the Term/Retention, being the 31st day of our server going live for your purchased package.

Children’s Privacy: Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of any such data, we will promptly delete it.
