Do Guests need to download apps?

No, guests do not need to download any apps. Our secure portal is accessible from any internet connected device.

Do guest need to signup or create an account?

No, guests only need to scan the unique QR code provided by us for your event. If purchased, theses QR codes are the same on all of the printed materials for your event.

Can guest see any photos or videos uploaded?

No, guests will only have the ability to upload photos and videos to your private secure portal. Once photos and videos have been uploaded by guests, they will have no access to view, edit or delete anything uploaded by themselves or other guests. 

Can guests upload photos and videos after the big day?

Yes, guests will have the ability to upload photos and videos after your event as long as your subscription to our service is still active and they have a printed QR Code.

Is there a limit on what can be uploaded?

There is no limit on the number of photos or videos that can be uploaded to your private portal while your subscription is active. We do however limit the amount of photos and videos that can be uploaded per guest per upload attempt. This is to ensure the best possible experience for all guests at your event using the service.

Can guests upload multiple photos or videos at the same time?

Yes, guests can upload multiple photos, multiple videos or a mixture of photos and videos at the same time as long as combined they do not exceed the upload limit per guest per upload attempt.

What is the quality of the photos and videos uploaded?

The quality of the photos or videos uploaded to your secure portal will be the same quality when taken on the guests device. We do not compress, convert or shrink anything uploaded.

How can I view the photos and videos which have been uploaded?

After the event you will be able to view, delete or download any photos or videos that have been uploaded by guests via a separate password protected link. This can be accessed from any internet connected computer or mobile device. 

How long will photos and videos be stored in the secure portal?

Any photos and videos that have been uploaded to your secure portal will be stored for the duration your subscription is active.

Can I share any photos or videos uploaded to the portal?

Once you have downloaded any photos or videos from your private portal onto your computer or mobile device you are free to share them with whoever you wish.

Are you servers secure?

Yes, our servers our fully encrypted uploading or downloading any photos or videos. Our servers are maintained by full trained in-house staff of SIMPLY UPLOAD and not a third party.
